The seminar was held on November 22, in connection with FICPI Sweden’s seminar on patent infringement. The aim of the seminar was to give the participants a better understanding of the grant and opposition procedures in the EPO, and how to handle them to your advantage in a real situation. An update on new developments in EP practice and an introduction to the concept of unity as applied by the EPO were also included.
